Behavioural Science.
Evidence-based strategy, not opinion.
What it is
The unit that understands how people decide.
We analyse audience data, behaviour patterns, path frictions and critical moments in the journey. We don't design campaigns from intuitive hypotheses — we design them from observed evidence and then test them.
It's the "why" layer behind everything else. Before deciding on a channel, a creative or a budget, we want to understand what's happening in the mind of the person we need to move.
How we work
Four moments in the process.
- We research in depth. Qualitative + quantitative + search analysis + reviews + social conversation + the client's own data. We never rely on a single source.
- We model behaviour. We build decision maps (not funnels) that reflect how the consumer actually behaves.
- We identify real frictions. Where the path breaks down, what people ask, what they doubt, what they object to. That sets the plan's priorities.
- We validate through experimentation. Every hypothesis is tested with A/B, holdouts or qualitative tests before scaling.
What we deliver
Actionable evidence for every decision in the plan.
- Audience studies and psychographic segmentation
- Performance analysis by channel
- UX friction-point mapping
- A/B testing and digital experimentation
- Behaviour modelling for omnichannel campaigns
- Real-time strategic dashboards
- Emerging-trend analysis
- Decision maps by category
When it applies
The client moment where it makes the most sense.
When the numbers aren't moving what they should and no one really knows why, when you need to understand a new audience, or when what you're communicating today no longer connects with how people actually decide.
